How can I reset my password?
Log out from the app. Then you’ll see the below screen. Please click on ‘Forgot Password’ in the main login screen to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
You can do this under:
Profile > Support > Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap on ‘delete your account’.What should I do if I forget my username?
Your username is the email address that you use to perform your initial registration in the app. In the situation where you were not able to login, please email us at [email protected] and provide us your details, i.e., family name, first name and company/organisation name.
